Pastor Jesse T. Mitchell is responsible for helping reconcile people back to Christ, assisting believers to grow their personal relationships with God, developing disciples to share the Good News of Jesus with the world, supporting others to live lives of passion for Christ and bestowing compassion, grace, and mercy upon others through the leading of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Mitchell accomplishes these responsibilities by preaching, teaching, working with leadership, and fellow-shipping with God's people, but most vital by LIVING God’s word.

Evangelist Beverly A. Mitchell is the married to Senior Pastor and shares the same area of responsibility for any wife; to support and be submissive to her husband (Ephesians 5:22-24). However, if the Lord calls a man into the ministry, He calls the whole man, which includes the man’s wife and family. The Pastor's wife has gifts that can and should be used in the ministry. She is responsible to:

Exemplify the truth that all women in the church are to properly reflect Christ, their husbands and family, and their local church in a godly way. “Teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled." (Titus 2:3-5)

As a Proverbs 31 woman (Proverbs 31:10-31); she is a model for all women to aspire to, not just the wives of pastors.
The pastor's wife should assist her husband in shepherding the women of the assembly.
